Michael W. Cashman is a seasoned risk management executive with over 30 years of executive experience in the Risk Management industry. As CEO and Chairman of E.W. Blanch Company, Mr. Cashman was instrumental in a successful NYSE Initial Public Offering after 22 years facilitating the growth of the company. He later served as Vice Chairman of AON Re Worldwide and Executive Vice President of AON Corporation, the world's largest insurance brokerage and risk management company. One of his responsibilities at AON was overseeing organization and development of the company's cyber commerce.
Mr. Cashman has also served on insurance company boards, including Pacific Pioneer Insurance Company and International Catastrophe Managers. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the University of St. Thomas and chaired the Investment Committee. He was instrumental in establishing an Endowed Chair of Insurance at the University and served on the Insurance Advisory Board.

Tony Haux is seasoned engineer and technologist of 32 years who has pioneered many strategies to mitigate cyber security threats by implementing technology and creating training best practices for private data handling operations. Prior to joining RiskSmart he held CIO and CTO positions for 10 years at Verifications, Inc. and IntePro, as well as senior technology positions at Honeywell headquarters, Pillsbury, and Burlington Northern while operating his technology consulting and placement firm Spitfire Technologies.
Don McConnell has served as General Counsel, Corporate Attorney, and Director of Credit in a legal and financial risk management capacity for the last 23 years for companies such as GMAC Residential Corp., Fingerhut Companies, Northwest Services Inc., and Green Tree Financial.
Mr. McConnell's senior level executive experience includes data security and privacy, structured finance, regulatory compliance, asset acquisition and disposition, corporate governance, and risk management.
